13-storey, 14 500 square meter hotel in central Umeå. The property have the environmental certification BREEAM. This means that environmental parameters such as energy, health, transport, materials and emissions have been processed prior to construction.
ART8 team installed carpets in hallways and carpet tiles in offices and conference rooms. All works were performed within 1 month. For subfloor preperation and gluing ART8 team used Bostik compounds.
