ABOUT PROJECT
At the beginning of 2020, a modern health and social service center will start operating in Bolderāja. Riga Health Center will occupy 3,997 square meters and will provide residents not only with various medical services, family doctors and specialists, but also a pharmacy, swimming pools for adults and infants, physiotherapy and rehabilitation rooms with a gym for medical gymnastics, blood and analysis, functional and radiological diagnostics, dentistry department, gynecology department, day hospital with one operating room, wards, sterilization rooms, etc. The territorial center of the Riga Social Service (651 m2), the day center of the Riga Social Service (544 m2), as well as apartments and common areas (7678 m2) will also be located there. The total number of apartments is 218, of which 178 are one-room apartments, 37 two-room apartments and 3 three-room apartments. The 69 apartments will be adapted for people with special needs, including a wheelchair space.
