ABOUT THE PROJECT

Skanstes district is one of the most modern residential building projects in Latvia, which uses the latest technologies in construction and is specially designed for the comfort and well-being of residents. Skanste neighborhood is becoming the most modern part of the center of Riga.

The ART8 team installed three-layer parquet, stone slab tile terrace raised on feet, and larch wood balcony decks. We treated the stairs with epoxy.
