ABOUT THE PROJECT

At the beginning of 2020, a modern health and social service center will start working in Bolderāja. The Riga health center will occupy 3997 square meters and will provide residents not only with various medical services, appointments of family doctors and specialists, but also a pharmacy, swimming pools for adults and babies, physiotherapy and rehabilitation rooms with a hall for therapeutic exercise, blood and analysis, functional and radiological diagnostics, stomatology department, gynecology department, day hospital with one operating theater, wards, sterilization rooms, etc. The territorial center of the Riga social service (651 m2), the day center of the Riga social service (544 m2), as well as apartments and common rooms (7678 m2) will also be located there. The total number of apartments is 218, of which 178 are one-room apartments, 37 two-room apartments and 3 three-room apartments. 69 apartments will be adapted for people with special needs, including a space for charging wheelchairs.

The ART8 team carried out the preparation of the floor covering and the installation of the PVC floor and wall coverings.
