ABOUT THE PROJECT

Citygate becomes a new landmark in Gothenburg. The building with 36 floors and 144 meters is the tallest office building in the Nordic countries. The focus is on people’s well-being – a healthier way of living and working. Citygate has achieved LEED® environmental certification and is WELL certified for healthy workplaces. The core of Citygate has ten floors, which includes, among other things, a conference floor, an entrance with a common reception, a restaurant, a cafe and a terrace for tenants. There are office spaces up to 2,600 square meters. The 25-story tower has 800 square meters per floor, which can be divided. The construction of Citygate was started at the end of 2018 and the first tenants were received in the summer of 2022. /Skanska.se/

The ART8 team supplied and installed all the flooring materials. The works started in November 2021 and will be fully completed by August 2023. The ART8 team used Bostik, Ege and Bona materials for base preparation and gluing.
