ABOUT THE PROJECT

13-storey, 14,500 square meter hotel in the center of Umeå. The property has a BREEAM environmental certificate. This means that environmental regulations such as energy, health, transport, materials and emissions are identified and respected before and during construction.

The ART8 team installed carpets in the hallways and carpet tiles in the offices and conference rooms. The work was done within 1 month. The ART8 team used Bostik materials for base preparation and gluing.
